Texas Legends Selected to NBA Summer League Rosters

FRISCO, TX (July 11, 2014)- Seven former Legends have been selected to compete in the 2014 Samsung NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, NV along with three Mavericks assignees who spent time on the Legends roster.
Ricky Ledo, Gal Mekel and Bernard James (all on assignment with the Legends) will play with the Dallas Mavericks alongside James Nunnally. Nunnally will join the Mavericks in Vegas after having spent time on the Indiana Pacers Summer League team in Orlando, competing against former teammate Damion James (Detroit Pistons).
P.J. Hairston, the NBA Development League's first alumni selected in the first round of the NBA Draft, landed in Charlotte after the Draft and will participate in summer league with the Hornets along with former Legends teammate Mickey McConnell.
Terrel Harris and Devin Ebanks have been named to the Development League Select team.
In addition to the five 2013-14 Legends roster members, Delonte West and Dwayne Jones both played for the Legends in 2012-13 and have been selected to the Los Angeles Clippers and Sacramento Kings.
A record 130 players with NBA Development League experience will take the court for the Samsung NBA Summer League. For more information visit www.nba.com/summerleague.
