Tip-A-Buck Set for Monday

Waterloo, Iowa - The Waterloo Bucks are inviting fans to The Other Place on Ridgeway Avenue on Monday, July 14 for Tip-A-Buck. Starting at 6:00 pm, Bucks players and coaches will act as waiters, serving customers drinks and dinner throughout the evening.
Each table will have a "tip" envelope, where all tips for the Bucks wait staff will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Fans will also have chances to win autographed baseballs, an autographed bat, and other Bucks items through a raffle.
Later in the week, the Bucks will hold their annual "Take the Shirt Off Their Backs for Jerry's Kids" jersey auction game on Saturday, July 19. That night, as Waterloo hosts the Mankato MoonDogs at 7:05 pm, fans will have a chance to bid on and take home a Bucks player game jersey through a silent auction.
The MDA is the nonprofit health agency dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases by funding worldwide research. The Association also provides comprehensive health care and support services, advocacy and education.
The Other Place - Ridgeway is located at 360 E. Ridgeway Avenue in Waterloo. Bucks players, coaches and front office staff will be available for autographs, photographs, and to answer questions. The general public is welcome to attend the event, which will provide a chance for fans to meet the Bucks.
The Bucks are currently in the midst of a two-game road trip at Willmar before returning home on Thursday for a four-game homestand.
