Two Green Bay Blizzard Players Named to All-IFL List

Green Bay, WI - Center William Maxwell and WR Donte Sawyer have been named to the Indoor Football League's Second Team All-IFL team for their contributions during the 2014 season.
Maxwell and Sawyer are the only two Blizzard players to start in every game for the team during the season.
"It is an awesome accomplishment for these young men. To see them get the recognition that they deserve is outstanding," stated Blizzard Head Coach Tommie Williams.
A second year pro, William Maxwell makes his first appearance to the IFL's Second Team All-IFL Squad at Center. Maxwell blocked for the rushing attack of QB Nate Wara and RB Lucien Walker. Wara led the IFL in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns while Walker finished second in rushing touchdowns with 18.
WR Donte Sawyer was named to the IFL's Second Team All-IFL squad at Wide Receiver after catching 73 passes for 713 yards and 13 touchdowns. Sawyer finished second in the IFL in receptions. His biggest game came on April 19 against Tri-Cities when he caught 10 passes for 104 yards.
