Worcester Sharks Re-Sign Forward Jimmy Bonneau

WORCESTER, MA - Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks) General Manager Joe Will announced today the signing of forward Jimmy Bonneau (@JimmyBonneau) to an AHL contract for the 2014-15 season. Per club policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Returning for his fourth season in Worcester, the 29-year-old from Baie-Comeau, PQ has played 125 games over three seasons with the Sharks recording 11 points (5-6-11) and 355 penalty minutes. Bonneau (6-3,225lbs) has skated in 320 AHL games with Hamilton, Portland, Rochester, and Worcester accumulating 27 points (11-16-27), 908 penalty minutes, and 121 fighting majors.
"Jimmy is a fan favorite in Worcester that leads by example and will continue to provide leadership for us next season," said Joe Will. "Bonneau adds a veteran presence to our club and is a quality character on and off the ice."
