PITTSBURGH, PA (June 6, 2014) - The Pittsburgh Power (8-3) seek their sixth-straight win as they welcome the New Orleans VooDoo (2-8) to CONSOL Energy Center on Saturday, June 7 with kickoff slated for 5:00 p.m ET. The game can be viewed locally on ThisTV Pittsburgh and nationally on ESPN3. Saturday's contest can also be listened to on TribLIVE Radio with Ken Laird, John Harris and Ike Taylor calling the action. LAST WEEK: The Pittsburgh Power handed the Cleveland Gladiators their first loss on the season with a 48-34 victory at CONSOL Energy Center. The Power defense stifled the Gladiators with six total turnovers including two interceptions each for defensive back Al Phillips and Jack linebacker Arvell Nelson. Power wide receiver Tyrone Goard had a career high 80 yards and four touchdowns. The VooDoo lost their second-straight contest falling to the Tampa Bay Storm 62-48 on Friday night. New Orleans quarterback Ryan Perrilloux finished the game 17-of-34 for 299 yards and seven total touchdowns. In the loss, Quorey Payne pulled down nine passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns.

POWER TO WATCH | OFFENSE: Power wide receiver Tyrone Goard had a career-best four touchdowns in Pittsburgh's win over the Gladiators. The rookie wideout had five receptions and 80 yards in the game bringing his 2014 season total to 20 receptions for 221 yards and 11 touchdowns. Shaun Kauleinamoku is the only Power receiver to play in all 11 games this season. Kauleinamoku moved into fourth all-time in franchise history last week with 81 receptions as a member of the Power.

VOODOO TO WATCH | OFFENSE: New Orleans VooDoo wide receiver L.J. Castile leads the Arena Football League in points scored per game with 15.8 per contest. Castile averages 13.8 receptions per game and has the second most amount of receiving touchdowns on the season with 26.

POWER TO WATCH | DEFENSE: Power defensive lineman Jake Killeen has recorded five sacks this season with the Power. He needs half a sack to tie former defensive lineman Dominie Pittman for the most sacks in a season. Killeen and the Power defensive front have put pressure on quarterbacks all season long allowing the Power to have the best turnover margin in the AFL.

VOODOO TO WATCH | DEFENSE: New Orleans defensive back has 38.5 tackles this season for the VooDoo, which is second best on the team in 2014. The veteran is three tackles away from cracking into the top 20 all time in AFL history.
