North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 22 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry, announced today the team's 2014-15 regular-season schedule.

The 2014-15 campaign kicks off against the South-Division rival Florida Everblades on Friday, October 17 in Estero, Florida and the Stingrays celebrate the home-opener on Saturday, October 25 with a rematch of the 2013 Easter Conference Quarterfinals against the Wheeling Nailers at the North Charleston Coliseum.

The Stingrays battle the newest member of the ECHL, the Indianapolis Fuel, three times in 2014-15, meeting for the first time on Saturday, January 17 at the North Charleston Coliseum, in South Carolina again on Friday, March 20 and visit the Fairgrounds Coliseum in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, March 28.

Throughout the season, the Stingrays skate in 11 three-game in three-day series. Of the 36 home games, 32 take place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The schedule features holiday games at home on Halloween (October 31 vs. Greenville) and New Year's Eve (December 31 vs. Florida) and on the road on Thanksgiving (November 27 at Gwinnett) and Valentine's Day (February 14 at Gwinnett).
