Michigan Warriors Are NAHL North Division Playoff Champions

Michigan Warriors News Release
The Michigan Warriors defeated Port Huron Fighting Falcons 4-0 Saturday night at Perani Arena to claim the NAHL North Division Playoff crown.
Michigan got a shutout from Goaltender Trevor Gorsuch who only allowed 2 goals the entire series, as he picked up his NAHL playoff leading 6th victory. Gorsuch stopped all 33 Port Huron shots on net. The Warriors got goals from Tyler Groat (5), TJ Stuntz (3, 4) and Zack Szajner (3) in the series clinching victory Saturday night.
Max Milosek made 32 saves in a losing effort as the regular season NAHL North Division regular season champs fall to the Warriors in the Division Finals 3-1.
Michigan will now advance to the next round of playoff action in the North American Hockey League's Robertson Cup playoffs. Michigan's next opponent has yet to be determined, as the Division Finals champions will be re-seeded based on the final standings of the Regular Season.
