Rome Braves pitcher Frank Lafreniere has announced his retirement. Lafreniere this season was 1-3 with an 8.83 ERA in four starts. Coming into the 2014 season his record was 18-18 with a 4.48 ERA. Lafreniere hails from St. Bruno, Canada and was 47th round selection by the Braves in 2010.
