TONIGHT
The Condors and Wranglers meet today in what will be the final ECHL game in the 2013-14 regular season. Bakersfield is 10-3-0-0 against the Wranglers this season, with today's being the 14th head-to-head battle of the season. Bakersfield is 6-1-1-0 in the last eight meetings.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
The Condors ran their winning streak to six games with a 3-1 triumph in Ontario last night. F Ryan Little, D Joe Marciano, and C Matt Thurber all lit the lamp, while G Laurent Brossoit made 30 saves for his 26th win of the season.
The Wranglers made the trek down The 99 last night after a 6-1 thumping in Stockton. Las Vegas is winless in their last six games, among which are three contests against Bakersfield. G Mitch O'Keefe suffered the loss after starting for the third time in the last four games.
5th PLACE ON THE LINE
The Condors can decide the final two playoff positions in the Western Conference themselves this afternoon. With seeds 1-4 and 7-8 already sewn up, the only thing left to be decided is who will take 5th and who will finish 6th. Bakersfield is tied with Colorado in points, but the Eagles have played only 71 games, and the Condors need two points today to pass them in the standings.
