Dear Parents,

Your Carolina RailHawks are exploring the feasibility of creating a comprehensive "day-long soccer school" to open potentially as early as fall 2014. The RailHawks Soccer School would be a day school that combines college-prep academics with soccer training sessions throughout the school day. Training would include outdoor technical and tactical training sessions, as well as indoor video-analysis, fitness, strength and flexibility training and sports psychology sessions. Students would continue to train and play for their club teams or Academy/ECNL teams as they currently do. Our goal is to create an academic experience that is second to none in the area and to provide world class supplemental soccer training that enhances your child's development!

We are seeking your input as we move through the development of the school. We have done extensive research regarding possible academic methods of delivery and anticipate providing the highest quality guided online education available at a reasonable cost. We are exploring the academic support services necessary to enhance the educational component and to give all participants the opportunity to reach his/her potential. Additional workshops and seminars will be provided. Of course, all precautions will be taken to ensure transferability of the coursework and NCAA approval.

As you would expect, the athletic training component will be exceptional! The RailHawks are committed to providing training and development at a level all elite/classic players need and should expect from such an experience. Besides on the field training, additional time will be spent studying film and growing an understanding of all of the nuances of the game of soccer. Your game will be elevated.

We need your help to make sure we have covered all of the areas that are important to you. Please take just a few minutes to click on this link, https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/F86ZKGK, to answer a few survey questions. Please feel free to add any additional comments if they were not covered in the questions. We value this input and want to make sure we are creating an experience that will allow your child to chase his/her dreams and to be able to do this in a time schedule that is sensible and sensitive.

In advance, the Carolina RailHawks thank you for your time, your input and would encourage and welcome you to forward this correspondence to others who might have interest. Once all of the data is collected from the survey, we anticipate holding Information Sessions that will outline all components of the school. Again, thank you for providing this valuable information.

Sincerely,

Phil Moses, Carolina RailHawks, Educational Consultant and Speaker
