Blue Bombers Sign OL Saulsberry

WINNIPEG, MB., April 10, 2014 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the club has signed import offensive lineman Quentin Saulsberry .

Saulsberry (6-2, 304, Mississippi State, October 14, 1988, in Memphis, Tennessee ) spent last season with the New Orleans Voodoo of the Arena Football League. He was with the Denver Broncos for the 2012 season on the club's practice squad. Saulsberry also had a stint with Los Angeles of the AFL. He played his college football at Mississippi State, starting the majority of his games there after his redshirt season. He initially started at right tackle, but was moved to left guard in his sophomore year. His senior season saw him start all 13 games, nine at right guard and four at center. He earned All-SEC Honorable Mention by the Associated Press, and played in the 2012 East-West Shrine Game.

The club also has released non-import linebacker Philippe Dubuisson.
