Predators Assigned Veteran Kicker Marc Demos

ORLANDO, FL - The Orlando Predators have been assigned veteran kicker Marc Demos, the League office announced Tuesday. Demos (5-9, 205, Northwestern) converted on 90-of-102 PAT tries and 2-of-9 field goals in 18 games with the San Antonio Talons in 2013.
In 2012, the kicker connected on 121-of-139 extra points and 5-of-8 field goals as a rookie with the Talons. While at Northwestern, Demos played in a school-record 51 games. The kicker served as the teams punter for three years and handled the place-kicking duties for two seasons, converting on 34-of-48 field goals with a career long of 49.
Demos will be active as the Predators (3-0) take on the New Orleans VooDoo (0-2) at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana tomorrow night. Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. EST, and can be seen live on ESPN 3 or via the WatchESPN App.
Kicker Mark Lewis has been placed on Inactive Reserve.
