IceMen Sign Mark Anthoine

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Evansville IceMen announce the signing of forward Mark Anthoine out of the University of Maine.

Anthoine, 23, played four seasons with Maine (H-East) from 2010-14, appearing in 146 games. He recorded 50 points on 26 goals and 24 assists in his collegiate career.

The Lewiston, Maine native played four seasons of junior hockey in the USHL, with three of those campaigns coming with the Chicago Steel from 2007-10. He played one season with the Sioux Falls Stampede in 2009-10.

The 5'10", 195-pound forward played in 172 games between the two teams, accumulating 105 points on 49 goals and 56 assists.

The IceMen continue their road trip by facing the Orlando Solar Bears at Amway Center Saturday. Puck drop is schedule for 6 p.m. CDT. The game can be heard on 'Magic 98.5' FM, 1400 AM WEOA.
