Lightning Drop Game Five of NBL Semi-Final Series

(WINDSOR, Ontario) - A t the WFCU Centre in Windsor on Wednesday, the London Lightning were defeated by the Windsor Express, 108-91, in Game Five of the NBL of Canada best of seven semi-final series. The Express now lead the series 3-2.

Leading the team in scoring was point guard Tony Bennett with 23 points and eight assists. Darin Mency chipped in 17 points and Garrett Williamson led in rebounding with 10.

The Lightning will play Game Six on Saturday, March 29 at Budweiser Gardens. Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.

If the Lightning win on Saturday, the series will go to Game Seven which will be played on Tuesday, April 1 at the WFCU Centre in Windsor. If the Lightning lose on Saturday, that will conclude their playoff run and their season for 2013-2014.

Tickets for Saturday's game are available for purchase through the Budweiser Gardens Box Office.
