Jersey Shore Wine Festival Returns to Lakewood June 7-8

LAKEWOOD, N. J. - The Lakewood BlueClaws will host the fourth annual Jersey Shore Wine Festival at FirstEnergy Park on Saturday, June 7th and Sunday, June 8th. Tickets for the event are now on sale.

The Jersey Shore Wine Festival is a two-day wine festival that features samplings from a variety of award-winning wineries from throughout the Garden State. In the past, some of the participating wineries have included Valenzano Winery, Tomasello Winery, Cream Ridge Winery and VentimigliaVineyards, among others.

In addition to wine tastings, there will also be live entertainment, as well as crafters, retail vendors, food vendors, and a children's play area. The festival is held each day from 12 p.m. noon to 5 p.m. ET.

Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the gate for those over 21. A two-day ticket will also be available for $25. Access to an exclusive VIP Wine Tasting area is available for $45, offering a sampling of 12 handpicked premium wines from around the state.

Both VIP and two-day tickets are only available in person or on the phone.

All net proceeds from the event will be donated to Sylvia's Children, a Holmdel-based 501(c)3 organization working over the past decade to improve the living conditions for more than 1,000 children in Uganda.
