* The Kingston Frontenacs are pairing up with the Humane Society for the annual Pucks for Paws game. Unlike previous years this event will not include fans bringing in their pets and will only feature animals from the Kingston Humane Society.

Kingston Frontenacs

* The Kingston Frontenacs have clinched a spot in the 2014-15 OHL playoffs after their victory against the Niagara IceDogs on February 20th, 2014.

* Forward Sam Bennett has been named OHL Player of the Week. Bennett helped the Frontenacs earn five of a possible six points last week to hold onto the third playoff seed in the OHL's Eastern Conference with 73 points. He opened the week with a four-point performance including his second hat-trick of the season

* Bennett, the top rated prospect among North American skaters according to NHL Central Scouting for the 2014 NHL draft, leads the Frontenacs in scoring. Bennett is ranked 3rd in the OHL, in 55 games he has 36 goals and 58 assists, totaling 90 points. Bennett is first in the league for longest point streak. Bennett had a 25 point streak from November 8th to January 26th.

* The Kingston Frontenacs are currently ranked 2nd in the East Division with 73 points, 14 points behind Oshawa in first with 87 points.

* In the last 10 games, the Kingston Frontenacs have 6 wins, 3 losses and 1 shootout loss.

* With 61 games played, the Frontenacs have 34 wins, 22 losses, 2 shootout losses and 3 overtime losses totaling 73 points.
