Worcester held a 24-10 shot advantage through two periods.

Brodie Reid (8th) tied the score at 2-2 at 6:20 of the third period as he fired home a rebound from a Lane Scheidl shot. After the Sharks turned the puck over in front of their blue line, Nick Shore (10th) broke down the left wing and cut in front of the Worcester net and buried home his own rebound at 18:53 to put Manchester ahead 3-2. Brian O'Neil (13th) fired the puck into the empty net to give Manchester the 4-2 victory.
