Phantoms Announce Opening Night

The Adirondack Phantoms have announced that Opening Night for the 25th season of AHL excitement in Glens Falls will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
"This announcement allows our fans to mark their calendars and make their plans now to attend Opening Night which is always an exciting time and a big event," said Phantoms Executive Vice President Chris Porreca. "Additionally, our front office can begin to arrange terrific group night packages for the highly anticipated start of another great season of AHL hockey in Glens Falls."
Other guaranteed home dates further into the season will be unveiled in the near future as well as some preliminary promotional plans for those nights. The opponent for the Phantoms home opener on October 12 will be announced with the complete 2013-14 American Hockey League schedule which will be released sometime in August.
The Phantoms have also previously announced they will host a preseason game on Saturday, September 28 against the Albany Devils to officially commence the season.
