Battle Creek, Mich - The Battle Creek Bombers (12-13) could not get the offense going against the Green Bay Bullfrogs (11-15) in a 4-1 loss Sunday night at C.O. Brown Stadium.

Hunter Devall (L 0-2) went five strong surrendering just 3 hits and 1 run which was unearned. He also struck out 3. Ben Dartnell relieved Duvall and ran into trouble in the 7th inning. The Bullfrogs started the inning with back-to-back doubles. Dartnell was then replaced by Ethan Bramschreiber who surrendered a double on the first pitch he threw giving the Bullfrogs a 3-0 lead at the time. Rouric Bridgewater accounted for the only Battle Creek RBI on the night, which came in the 7th inning. The Bombers also committed 5 errors in the field.

Garrett Harrison (W 1-1) made the spot start for Green Bay going 7 innings surrendering the lone run and striking out 5. Robert Youngdahl (S 1) worked the 9th for the Bullfrogs. The Bombers have the day off tomorrow before hitting the road for two games in Madison followed by two in Green Bay before returning home for 5 game home stand featuring the Mallards and the Woodchucks.
