Falcons Home Opener Set For october 5

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons, AHL affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced that they will play their 2013-14 home-opening game on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the MassMutual Center.
The Oct. 5 game is one of six known guaranteed home dates for the Falcons in 2013-14, the club's 20th Anniversary Season. Springfield's full 76-game schedule, which will include 38 contests at the MassMutual Center, will be announced later this offseason when available.
Below are the Falcons' six guaranteed home dates for 2013-14:
Saturday, October 5
Friday, November 8
Saturday, November 30
Saturday, December 28
Saturday, January 4
Saturday, January 25
Fans are invited back to the MassMutual Center in 2013-14 to watch the reigning Northeast Division-champion Falcons compete in their 20th Anniversary Season. Adult season-ticket packages start as low as $13 per game. To reserve your seats for the upcoming season call (413) 739-GOAL (4625), or visit the team office inside the MassMutual Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
