VISALIA - The first half of the season will come to a close this weekend, as the Rawhide look to finish strong heading into the All-Star break. This Thursday, June 13th at 7:00 pm, the Rawhide will start a four-game home series against the San Jose Giants, Single-A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Concession stands will be serving garlic fries all series long. It's another "Thursty" Thursday brought to you by Valley Wide Beverage Co., where Coors Light and Summer Shandy draft beers will be available for just $1 from 6-8 pm.!
The second game of the series will be played on Friday, June 14th at 7:00 pm, which will mark another Fun-Filled Friday at the ballpark. Stick around after the game for a special performance by ELITE Dance Team! It's also "Locks of Love" Night at the ballpark. Donate 10" of hair to the Locks of Love Organization and receive a free ticket to the game. Hair donations can be made on the concourse throughout the game. The Rawhide will also wear Patriotic American Flag jerseys in recognition of Flag Day. The jerseys are available for auction all season long at RawhideBaseball.com. All proceeds will go to benefit the COS Veterans Society.
The Rawhide continue the series on Saturday, June 15th at 6:00 pm. Get ready for another All-American Saturday, where retired and active military can purchase a discounted $5 ticket with their military ID. Delicious barbeque concessions items will be available at the Hot Corner Grill and all beer and soda is half-priced all game long with your Rawhide Boot Mug! Once again, the Rawhide will dawn their Patriotic American Flag jerseys.
The concluding game of the four-game series against the San Jose Giants will be on Sunday, June 16th at 2:00 pm. It will be a special KJUG Family Fun Sunday, as the Rawhide are excited to host the annual "Dig For Dad" brought to you by Macy's! Celebrate Father's Day at the ballpark and dig for great prizes on the field after the game. Fans can register for the event at the game. There will be many great prizes available, including a $500 gift card to Macy's! Fans can also receive a free ticket to the game by wearing a Rawhide shirt.
