RailRiders and Braves Postponed

Lawrenceville, Ga. - Saturday night's game between the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A/New York Yankees) and Gwinnett Braves (Atlanta) has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon, with first pitch of game one scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

The RailRiders are currently four games above .500 with a record of 15-11, and are riding a six-game winning streak. Dellin Betances (1-2, 7.65) will start for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in game one, and Chris Bootcheck (3-0, 0.38) will get the nod for the RailRiders in game two. Sunday's games will each be seven inning contests.

The RailRiders are in the midst of a nine-day, eight-game road trip before returning home for an eight-game home stand on Monday, May 6. It starts with the first of four against the Indianapolis Indians (Pittsburgh Pirates) at 6:35 p.m. Fans will be able to dine on just a few dimes with dollar hot dogs all night long at PNC Field.
