SPRINGDALE, Ark. - The Naturals' parent club, the Kansas City Royals announced a series of transactions on Monday affecting the Northwest Arkansas roster. Outfielder Brett Eibner has been placed on the 7-Day Disabled List retroactive to April 28; RHP Matt Ridings has been transferred to the roster of Rookie-Advanced Idaho Falls, while RHP Nick Rogers and RHP Cole White have been transferred from the roster of Rookie-Advanced Idaho Falls to the Naturals.
Eibner was batting .221 with two home runs, three doubles and five RBI in 21 games. Eibner was named the Texas League Player of the Week during the week of April 15-21.
Ridings made his Double-A debut on April 22 against the Springfield Cardinals. In his first three appearances, Ridings hasn't allowed a run to score while giving up two hits with two walks and three strikeouts in 4.1 innings.
Rogers was transferred to the Idaho Falls roster on April 22. Rogers has pitched in five games for the Naturals with no decisions and one save. In seven innings, Rogers has allowed four runs on four hits with five walks and six strikeouts.
White was transferred to the Idaho Falls roster on April 20. In seven innings, White has allowed one run on four hits with six walks and six strikeouts.
Rogers will wear number 29 for the Naturals, while White will wear number 21. The Naturals' roster is currently at the Texas League limit of 25 players.
