Sinclair CC Baseball to Return to Fifth Third Field

Dayton, OH -For the second year in a row, Fifth Third Field will host a Sinclair Community College baseball game. The game will feature the Sinclair Tartans and the Urbana University Blue Knights on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:30 p.m. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and admission is free.

This is a special season for Sinclair Community College Baseball. The Tartans are celebrating their 40th anniversary. Over the past five seasons, 42 Tartans have moved on to play at four-year schools.

Admission for the game is free, but those planning to attend must have a ticket to enter the ballpark. Tickets can be reserved online at www.sinclair.edu/alumni/events.

"We're very excited about our relationship with the Dayton Dragons and the opportunity to play at Fifth Third Field again this season," Sinclair Head Coach Steve Dintaman said. "The Dragons are one of the best organizations in all of sports and we're excited to play in a great environment only a few blocks from campus."

In addition to seeing Sinclair play, fans will get a taste of the family entertainment that Fifth Third Field provides during Dayton Dragons games. Dragons mascots Heater and Gem, as well as the Green Team, will be at the game. There will also be inflatables open for free for fans in attendance.
