Lansing Lugnuts News Release
LANSING, Mich. - Today's scheduled games between the Lansing Lugnuts and South Bend Silver Hawks at Cooley Law School Stadium, including Friday night's twelfth inning continuation, have been postponed due to weather, field condition and temperature.
Fans possessing tickets solely to Saturday's game may exchange those tickets in person at the stadium box office for tickets of equal or lesser value to a Lugnuts home game this season.
Friday night's game will be resumed prior to the regularly scheduled 7:05 game on June 11th, while Saturday's game will be rescheduled as part of a doubleheader on June 12th at Cooley Law School Stadium.
The Lugnuts and Silver Hawks will play Sunday's regularly scheduled doubleheader beginning at 1:05 p.m., featuring a 30-minute break between the two seven-inning games. In the opener, Lansing right-hander Roberto Osuna (1-0, 1.80) will oppose South Bend right-hander Kyle Schepel (0-0, 4.50). Game 2 sees Lugs southpaw Daniel Norris (0-0, 13.50) duel against Hawks right-hander Blake Perry (0-1, 3.60).
Sunday is also a Kids Day at the ballpark, featuring Play Catch on the Field before the game and Kids Run the Bases after the game!
