Mississauga - The Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to announce that it has acquired Toronto-born LB Akwasi Antwi from the Calgary Stampeders in exchange for the rights to non-import DL Dan Federkeil (pro: Dan FADE-ER-KYLE). The Argonauts originally selected Federkeil with the fifth overall pick in the 2006 CFL Canadian Draft.

Commented Toronto Argonauts General Manager, Jim Barker, "Akwasi is an athletic Canadian linebacker who can play both special teams and defence. We're excited to bring him home to Toronto."
