Frozen Yogurt Bar, New Mexican Locale Highlight Ballpark Menu

(Allentown, Pa.) - Two brand-new food areas, the "Sooeey'te Spot" Frozen Yogurt Bar and the "Boar-rito" Mexican stand have been added to Coca-Cola Park's vast food offerings, highlighting the new and improved ballpark menu for 2013. Other brand-new samplings include the Dietz & Watson "Brew & Brats Platz" Grill featuring regular and jalapeno bratwurst served on a pretzel bun, a one-of-a-kind bacon-wrapped hot dog along with a smoothie stand providing healthy fresh fruit drinks in a variety of unique flavors.

The "Sooeey'te Spot" Frozen Yogurt Bar - debuting later this April - is expected to be among the most visited food venues within Coca-Cola Park this summer and will feature six flavors nightly with a wide array of toppings. Mix and match in any combination to create the perfect treat and just place it on the scale and pay per ounce.

Make-Your-Own Burrito, available with either pork, beef, chicken or even vegetarian ingredients and then pile on the toppings of your choice at the all-new "Boar-rito" stand in the AT&T Plaza. This stand also includes some Coca-Cola Park favorites, including the Nacho Porker (a hearty portion of nachos heaped with shredded pork) and the Walking Taco. Quench your thirst with a variety of themed drinks that include frozen malt beverages, LandShark Lager and even Lime-A-Rita's.

The Dietz & Watson Brew & Bratz Platz Grill menu features boss hot dogs along with a brand-new specialty item, the regular or jalapeno bratwurst served with sauerkraut, onions and peppers on a savory pretzel bun with coleslaw and homemade chips.

Among the other new samplings are bacon-wrapped hot dogs - available exclusively at the Trough Grill - along with fresh fruit smoothies in a variety of flavors, including Strawberry Patch, Honest Energy and Hula Hula. Also, with the advent of new seating areas, food and beverage service will be available at both the Hot Corner and the Bacon Strip.

Of course, Coca-Cola Park's menu still includes traditional ballpark fare, local favorites and a sizeable number of alternatives for the diet-conscious on the Capital BlueCross Healthy Family Fun Menu.

Fans still have the ability to purchase food and beverages straight from their Smartphones with innovative and award-winning Bypass Lane. There are numerous fixed concessions stands at Coca-Cola Park, each with their own signature items and specialties, including the Blast Furnace Grill (located in the AT&T Plaza), the Home Plate Grill (located on the first base side of the field level concourse), The Lunch Pail (located on the third base side of the field level concourse), the Jaindl Smoke House (located on the left field side of the field level concourse) and Hog Heaven (located on the Club Level). Coca-Cola Park also features two-dozen other portable locations, bringing the total point-of-sale locations to over 60 on game days.

A complete line of Coca-Cola products are available at all fixed and portable stands, including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Iced Tea, Minute Maid Lemonade, vitaminwater, Dasani Water and more.

Pints of premium draft and bottled beer are available at dozens of locations throughout the ballpark, including the Bud Light Trough and the brand-new Dietz & Watson "Brew & Brats Platz" Grill. Draft beer on tap at the Bud Light Trough and throughout Coca-Cola Park includes a full line of Budweiser products along with Labatt Blue, Coors Light, LandShark Lager, Shock Top Belgian White, Victory Hop Devil and Fegley's Amber from the Brew Works collection of microbrews in Allentown and Bethlehem.

A number of bottled beers will be offered, including a full line of Budweiser products alongside Sam Adams, Coors Light, Landshark Lager, Corona, Bacardi and additional seasonal selections from both Sam Adams and Anheuser-Busch. The new bottled beer selections include both Spiked Tea and Spiked Lemonade.

The IronPigs also offer a 32-ounce draft beer at all portables and the Bud Light Trough, Red Robin Tiki Terrace and Club Bar.

The Club Level continues to feature additional food and drink selections and also allows patrons access to a gourmet food station, The Pig Stop. The Pig Stops' offerings rotate nightly and feature meals designed nightly by our Executive Chef, such as fresh wraps, pasta meals, desserts and more.

Both the Philly Pretzel Company and "Aw Shucks" Roasted Corn return with multiple locations in 2013. Other returning venues include the "Nuts For You" stand and the Gyro Company.

A record-setting 688,821 fans visited Coca-Cola Park during the 2012 season - making it the most frequented venue in Minor League Baseball for a third consecutive season. In fact, the IronPigs are the only Minor League franchise to eclipse 600,000 in attendance for each of the last five campaigns.
