Road Warriors Shutout in Orlando

Orlando, FL: The Road Warriors could not solve Orlando goaltender, Patrick Killeen, in a 4-0 loss to the Solar Bears.
Rob Mignardi broke open the scoring with a rebound goal for his 10th of the year just 1:16 into the game. Derick Martin fired a shot from the point that Mignardi found for a 1-0 Orlando lead. Mignardi added another goal with a loose puck in the slot that put Orlando up by two goals. Justin Levac tipped a Steven Delisle pass that ended up in the low slot.
It took 16 minutes for a goal to be scored in the second period. Orlando grabbed a 3-0 lead with Ryan Berard scoring as he came out of the penalty box. Berard scored his second goal of the year while shorthanded from the top of the circle that beat Scott Stajcer high blocker side. Michael Wilson made it 4-0 with a one-timer in the low slot. Derrick Burnett made a pass from behind the net for Wilson's sixth goal of the year.
No scoring took place in the third period despite the 17 shots put on net by the Road Warriors. The 4-0 Orlando win snapped their seven game winless streak dating back to February 28th. The loss for Greenville puts an end to their five game point streak. Scott Stajcer took the loss saving 29 shots. Killeen collected his first shutout of the year with 43 saves.
