ELMIRA, N.Y. - December 11, 2012 - The Elmira Jackals announced today that they have signed rookie forward Justin Daniels.
A native of Suffern, New York, Daniels was taken in the third round (#62 overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the San Jose Sharks.
Daniels comes to the Jackals after spending time earlier this season with the Central Hockey League's Allen Americans and Southern Professional Hockey League's Augusta Riverhawks. The 6-2, 200-pound winger turned pro after three seasons at Northeastern University.
