Blizzard Announce 2013 Open Tryouts

Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Blizzard announced today that the team will hold its only open tryout of the 2013 season on Friday, January 18 and Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Synergy Fields in Green Bay, WI. The team is looking to identify and evaluate potential Blizzard prospects for the upcoming season.
The tryout will begin with late registration at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18. Testing will begin at 4:30 p.m and will consist of the 40-yard dash, bench, vertical and broad jump. After that, Head Coach Robert Fuller and the Blizzard coaching staff will evaluate players as the conduct individual and group drills. Saturday morning from 7 a.m - 9 a.m participants will go through additional individual, group and team drills.
All registrations placed before 4:30 p.m on Thursday 1/17 are $55. All late registration fees will be $65. Payments can be made by credit card or cash only. All testing and try out activities will be conducted on a field turf type surface. No metal cleats.
