* The Kingston Frontenacs are averaging 3,123 in attendance after 13 home games so far this season at the K-Rock Centre, a near 20% increase in attendance over this point last season (attendance averaged 2,504 after the first 13 games last season).

* The Kingston Frontenacs played two road games since their last game in Kingston-a 3-1 win in Belleville and a 4-1 loss in Brampton.

* The weekend of schedule for the Kingston Frontenacs begins on Thursday, December 6 in Peterborough before meeting the Brampton Battalion in their last visit to the K-Rock Centre on Friday, December 7, with no games on Saturday or Sunday.

* With 15 wins and 13 losses in 28 games, the Kingston Frontenacs are 3rd in the East Division with 30 points, only 4 points back of Belleville and 5 points back of Oshawa in the division. After 25 games last season, the Kingston Frontenacs had 7 wins and 21 losses (Note: in last week's Fast Facts we incorrectly indicated 8 wins after 25 games).

* Kingston four rookies from the 2012 OHL Priority Selection-Roland McKeown, Sam Bennett, Spencer Watson, and Dylan Di Perna-have all been named to Team Ontario for the World U17 Championship that begins on December 27, 2012. It's the first time in the history of the tournament four players have been selected from the same OHL team.

* Kingston two Finnish imports-Mikko Vainonen (Nashville Predators draft pick) and Henri Ikonen-have both been invited to the Finnish World Junior Team preparation camp in advance of the World Junior Championships.

* The national anthem will be performed Brianna Howson, a 15 year-old Bayridge Secondary School student.

* The game features the annual John Deere Teddy Bear Toss, where fans bring new plush toys to the game to be thrown onto the ice when the Kingston Frontenacs score their first goal. The bears will be collected by Salvation Army minor hockey team players and loaded into a Frontenac Paramedics ambulance and donated to the Salvation Army Toy Drive.

- ---------- Brampton Battalion

* This is the final time the Brampton Battalion will play in Kingston. The team has announced a move in the post-season to North Bay.

* In their three match-ups so far this season, the home team has always won. Brampton has 2 wins (4-1 in Brampton on October 4 and 4-1 in Brampton on December 2) and has Kingston 1 win (6-3 in Kingston on November 2).

* The Brampton Battalion are 7-3-0-0 for 14 out of a possible 20 points in their last 10 games and have an overall record of 14 wins, 11 losses, 3 overtime loss, and 0 shoot-out losses for the season.

* With 33 points in 30 games, the Battalion are in 6th place in the Eastern Conference.

* Brampton is lead in scoring by forward Barclay Goodrow with 26 points (20 goals, 6 assists) in 30 games.
