Miami Sting News Release


The Miami Sting are excited to announce the signing of local standout Christopher Dirksz. A native of Ives Estates, Dirksz graduated from Dr. Michael M. Krop High School where he earned All County honors. Dirksz began his collegiate career at Rutgers in 2005 before transferring to Bethune Cookman for his final two seasons. He currently serves as the Offensive and Defensive Line Coach at Dr. Michael M Krop High School as well as mentors at risk children.

Head Coach Keith Evans stated "We are excited to add Chris to our roster and expect big things from him. We already have a lot of talent and will continue to stockpile as much talent as possible. Were looking forward to the open tryout this January to see who is out there that can help us win that championship this year.
