Stingrays Game Preview: Stingrays Battle Jackals, Receive Baker

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays continue a three-game road trip tonight against the Elmira Jackals at 7:05 p.m. at First Arena in Elmira, NY. Listen to all the action live at StingraysHockey.com. Tonight is the second of three scheduled meetings between the two teams this season. The Stingrays also announced today that the team has received forward Kevin Baker from the San Francisco Bulls in exchange for future considerations.
Baker, 25, is currently in his first professional season and skated in 11 games with San Francisco earning four goals and two assists for six points. Last season, the Brampton, Ontario, native completed his senior season with the University of Western Ontario adding 37 points (seven goals, 30 assists) in 28 games. In four seasons with the Mustangs, Baker totaled 130 points (44 goals, 86 assists) in 109 games.
The Stingrays wrap up their season series against the Jackals tomorrow, Saturday, November 24 at 7:05 p.m. at First Arena return to the North Charleston Coliseum on Friday, November 30 against the Royals at 7:05 p.m. for Country Night .
