WINNIPEG - Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today that the baseball club has picked up the option on the following players for the 2013 season.Luis Alen - C

Brian Beuning - P
Mike Coles - OF
Yurendell de Caster - IF
Kaohi Downing - P
Price Kendall - IF
Josh Mazzola - IF/OF
Todd Privett - P
Amos Ramon - IF
Chris Roberson - OF
Matt Rusch - P
Chris Salamida - P
Ace Walker - P
These players must still be signed to an American Association contract for the 2013 season or they can choose to play out their option year.
The Goldeyes did not pick up the option on the following players and they have been placed on irrevocable waivers for the purpose of granting their release.
