Barons Opening Training Camp September 30

Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons open their on-ice portion of training camp September 30 at the Cox Convention Center at 10 a.m., General Manager Bill Scott announced today.

The Barons training camp practice sessions take place at the Cox Convention Center. The on-ice portion of training camp is open to the public and free to attend. Players will have limited availability to the media immediately following their on-ice sessions. A complete schedule is listed below:

September 30 October 5

Group #1 10 - 11 a.m. Non-playing group 9 - 10 a.m.

Goalies 11 - 11:30 a.m. Pregame Skate 10:15 - 11 a.m.

Group #2 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Preseason Game 7 p.m.

October 1 October 6

Group #1 9 - 10 a.m. Non-playing group 9 - 10 a.m.

Goalies 10 - 10:30 a.m. Pregame Skate 10:15 - 11 a.m.

Group #2 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Preseason Game 7 p.m.

October 2 October 7

Group #2 9:15 - 9:45 a.m. Day Off

Goalies 10 - 11 a.m.

Group #1 11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. October 8

Full Group 10 - 11:15 a.m.

The Barons home opener is October 19 against the San Antonio Rampage at the Cox Convention Center at 7 p.m. A variety of ticket packages are available to meet every individual or group need.
