Jr. Blues at the Illinois State Fair

August 7, 2012 - North American Hockey League (NAHL) Springfield Jr. Blues

Come visit the Jr. Blues and get an autograph! The Jr. Blues will have a booth in the Expo Building at the Illinois State Fair. The Jr. Blues will be giving information away about the upcoming season, as well as selling season tickets and corporate partnerships. With the purchase of a season ticket at the fair, you will be entered in to a drawing to win box seats for you and 20 of your friends for FREE during one of our four preseason games and also receive a Quaker Steak and Lube gift card. Also, you can enter to win 2 FREE tickets to our home opener against Kenai River on September 21st. Everyone who registers to win tickets will also receive 2 FREE tickets to one of the exhibition weekends! Anyone who enters to win tickets to the home opener will also be entered to win 2 season tickets, a night in a local hotel or a Quaker Steak and Lube gift card. On top of all those great offers, there will be players at the fair everyday except the 18th and 19th to sign autographs and talk with fans! Jr. Blues Announce Exhibition Games

Peoria Mustangs (NA3HL) and University of Illinois to visit Springfield in early September The Jr. Blues are happy to announce they will be playing 2 exhibition games against the Peoria Mustangs of the NA3HL on September 1st at 6 P.M. and September 2nd at 3 P.M. The Jr. Blues currently have 2 Peoria Alumni on the roster, Nate Chasteen and Parker Johnson. The Jr. Blues will also play 2 games against the University of Illinois September 7th and 8th at 7 P.M. All tickets will be good for both games on the weekend and there is a limited supply. The exhibition games will be open to the first 2000 people who show up, your ticket does not guarantee entrance in to the game. All games will be at the Nelson Center.
