Gamblers/PMI Staff to Hold Cancer Benefit

July 18, 2012 - United States Hockey League (USHL) Green Bay Gamblers

On April 19th, 2011, Barbie (PMI Director of Sales) & Scott Patterson's two year old son, Isaiah was diagnosed with stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma. Business colleagues of Barbie Patterson and family have joined together to do a benefit for Isaiah Patterson titled Isaiah's Journey.

Isaiah's cancer cells started from embryonic cells in the adrenal glands. His tumor formed from the adrenaline gland that is above the right kidney. The tumor is over the kidney and pancreas, pushing into the liver; it's adhered to the aorta and bottom stomach walls and moved into the stomach lymph nodes. They also found it in the bone marrow of his right leg. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy, and medical bills continue to rise.
