Chicago Express Single Game Playoff Tickets on Sale Friday

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that single game playoff tickets will go on sale at 10:00 am Friday, March 30. Multiple game playoff ticket packages are currently available. If the Express qualify for the playoffs, the first two games of the first round will be played on Tuesday, April 3, and Wednesday, April 4, at the Sears Centre Arena. Both games will start at 7:00 pm, with the doors opening at 6:00 pm.
The Express are currently tied for seventh place in the Eastern Conference with two games remaining, as they look to move into the Kelly Cup Playoffs in their inaugural season. The Chicago Express are proud to announce that the popular $1 Beers and $1 Hot Dogs promotion from our Friday home games will return in even greater force during the first round. Both games played during the first round of the 2012 Kelly Cups Playoffs will feature $1 Beers and Hot Dogs. Fans who wish to lock in their seats can purchase either the entire potential 15-game home schedule, or can choose to purchase on a round-by-round basis, beginning with the first round. Playoff ticket packages are already on sale, so get your seats before Friday morning's 10:00 am single game on sale date. Playoff plans start at $9.50 per seat per game. Single game playoff tickets will go on sale at 10:00 am on Friday, March 30. First round games will be available for purchase, and those games will take place on Tuesday, April 3, and Wednesday, April 4, as long as Chicago qualifies for the playoffs. Single game tickets start at $9.50 if purchased in advanced, $10.50 if purchased on the day of the game.
Season Ticket Holders will receive a two dollar discount on any Playoff Ticket Plan or single game ticket, as pricing for Season Ticket holders begins at $7.50 per game. Any Season Ticket Holder who wishes to lock in their same seat should do so before the 10:00 am Friday on-sale date. Any seats not purchased by then will be released for sale to the general public, and cannot be guaranteed. The only way to guarantee your seat for the playoffs is to purchase a multi-game ticket plan in advance.
Single game playoff tickets can be purchased online by visiting www.chicagoexpresshockey.com, by calling 224-220-1333, or by visiting the Sears Centre Arena Box Office. The Box Office will open at 10:00 am on Friday morning, and will remain open through Chicago's home game on Friday night. The Box Office will also be open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm on Saturday afternoon.
If the Express do not qualify for the playoffs, or do not play the number of home playoff games equal to the number of games purchased as part of a plan, any outstanding balance will be fully refunded.
