Innovative Bypass Lane Returns to Coca-Cola ParkMarch 22, 2012 - International League (IL) - Lehigh Valley IronPigs Press Release
Thousands of IronPigs fans have used Bypass to order and pay for food, drinks and more on their Smartphones since its debut last year. Fans can use Bypass by downloading the mobile app (available for iPhone, Android or Blackberry among other devices) or navigating to www.bypasslane.com on their Smartphones. Bypass is also integrated within the IronPigs' iPhone and Android-based applications.
Through Bypass, fans have the ability to browse full food and drink menus of select concessions stands in the vicinity of their seats and are able to place orders by paying with a credit card using Bypass' secure payment platform. When the order is ready for pickup, a text message is sent to the fan from the nearest Bypass Lane. Fans can then avoid the line by using the exclusive Bypass Lane at the designated pick-up areas located at the concession stands.
A brand-new feature of the Bypass Lane in 2012, Club Level patrons can have their order delivered directly to their seat without missing any of the on-field action! To secure your Club Level season tickets and take advantage of this exclusive amenity, please call (610) 841-PIGS (7447).
"The Bypass Lane was so well received by our fans last year that we've decided to increase the number of stands that the service will be offered at as well as introduce in-seat delivery to the Club Level," remarked IronPigs General Manager Kurt Landes. "Never again will our fans have to wait in line or miss a pitch with the Bypass Lane."
Register for your free account today at www.bypasslane.com and remember that all new registrations by April 15 receive a $5 credit towards their first Bypass Lane purchase. Please note that there is a 99-cent convenience fee levied to each Bypass order.
Bypass has steadily gained traction and is now available in a wide variety of sports venues throughout Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, the NHL, the NBA and the collegiate ranks. Aside from the IronPigs, Bypass' current partners also include the Philadelphia Eagles, Texas Rangers, Phoenix Coyotes, Carolina Hurricanes, Dallas Mavericks and the University of Texas, among others.
