The ice will be painted pink for the occasion, and fans are invited to help the 'Dogs make a statement about the importance of the accomplishments of women in sports by wearing pink-coloured clothing. Pink Hamilton Bulldogs ball caps will also be available at the Bulldogs Foundation booth near section 113 on the concourse for a $5 donation. Friday's in-game programming will also be updated to reflect the theme, and a portion of the proceeds from the "Pink in the Rink" game will be donated to local women's initiatives through the Bulldogs Foundation.
