B-Sens Announce 2012 Clear Day Roster

March 6, 2012 - American Hockey League (AHL) Binghamton Senators

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators, in conjunction with the American Hockey League, announced today the team's 2012 Clear Day period roster.

According to American Hockey League by-laws, only those 22 players listed on a team's Clear Day roster are eligible to compete in the remainder of the 2011-12 AHL regular season and in the 2012 Calder Cup playoffs unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall, injury or suspension. Teams may also add signed junior players or players on amateur tryout contracts after their respective junior or college seasons are complete.

The B-Sens' Clear Day roster consists of goaltenders Ben Bishop and Robin Lehner; skaters Mike Bartlett, Mark Borowiecki, Pat Cannone, Tim Conboy, Stephane Da Costa, Jack Downing, David Dziurzynski, Josh Godfrey, Derek Grant, Eric Gryba, Wacey Hamilton, Dan Henningson, Mike Hoffman, Rob Klinkhammer, Francis Lessard, Corey Locke, Mark Parrish, Andre Petersson, Craig Schira, and Patrick Wiercioch.

Additionally, goaltender Mike McKenna is listed in residence.

The B-Sens return to action tomorrow as they travel to Toronto to face the Marlies. Game time is 11 a.m. Fans can listen live on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM). Voice of the B-Sens, Grady Whittenburg will have the call beginning 30 minutes before game time as he hosts Countdown to Faceoff.
