FC Dallas to compete in CONCACAF Champions League vs. Alianza FC Thursday

FRISCO, Texas (July 25, 2011) - After earning four of six possible points on a two-game road trip, FC Dallas (11-5-6, 39 points) travels to San Salvador, El Salvador to face Alianza FC in its first CONCACAF Champions League match in club history.
The Preliminary Round match is scheduled to kick off Thursday night at 9 p.m. CT at Alianza FC's Estadio Cuscatlán in San Salvador, El Salvador (live on FOX Soccer). Following the game, FC Dallas returns to Frisco, Texas on Friday to train in preparation for Sunday's league match versus Chivas USA (6-7-8, 26 points). That match is set to begin at 6 p.m. CT at Pizza Hut Park.
