TONIGHT: The Richmond Flying Squirrels and Harrisburg Senators will meet in the opener of a three-game series...The Flying Squirrels pounded out 10 runs on 15 hits including scoring five times in the bottom of the second inning as Richmond completed a sweep of the Erie SeaWolves with a 10-1 win on Sunday afternoon in front of 4,691 fans at The Diamond.

#WINNING: The Flying Squirrels are a season-best four games over .500 at 39-35 entering tonight's series-opener against Harrisburg...The best mark in the two-year history of the franchise is nine games over .500 at 22-13...Richmond has also matched its longest winning streak of the season at three games...The team has won three straight four times this season and most recently 6/15-6/17...The Flying Squirrels have won six of their last seven series dating back to their three-game series against Reading 6/3-6/5...The club is 14-7 over that stretch.

THE SWEEP-NESS: The Flying Squirrels are seeking their first series sweep of the season in today's finale with the SeaWolves...The last series sweep for Richmond occurred 6/25/10-6/27/10 at Erie...The club swept four series, all three-game sets, in 2010...Richmond has won six of its last seven series dating back to its three-game series against Reading 6/3-6/5...The team is 13-7 over that stretch.

LOUISVILLE SLUGGER: Flying Squirrels third baseman Chris Dominguez has hits in each of his last six contests and is 11-for-24 (.458) over that stretch with seven doubles, a triple, a home run, eight RBIs, and four runs scored...He was named the Eastern League Offensive Player of the Week 5/20-5/26 becoming the first Flying Squirrels' position player ever to win a weekly award...Overall, Dominguez is 12-for-38 (.316) at the plate over his first 10 games with Richmond and 10 of his 12 hits have gone for extra bases including eight doubles, a triple, and a homer.

THE JOLLY ROGER: Outfielder Roger Kieschnick is batting .321 (52-for-162) over his last 43 games with six doubles, three triples, eight home runs, 32 RBIs and 26 runs scored, including hits in six straight games...The 24-year-old has 19 multi-hit games over that span which also includes a season-long eight-game hit streak...He was hitting .173 on 5/7 and was 18-for-104 with six doubles, one homer and eight RBIs in his first 29 games.

FRESH PICKED: Left-hander Ryan Verdugo picked off Erie third baseman Francisco Martinez in the top of the first inning yesterday...It was the 14th baserunner picked off by Richmond pitchers this season and second picked off by Verdugo.

PITCHING IN: The Flying Squirrels pitching staff leads the Eastern League with a 2.93 ERA through 74 games...The pitching staff has logged a league-high 675 innings of work and has allowed a league-low 259 runs...Richmond's pitching staff has allowed two runs or less in 29 of its 74 games (39%)...The club's 2.93 ERA is also the lowest of all of the full-season MiLB teams.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME: The Flying Squirrels have begun a stretch where they will play 21 out of 28 games at home including a doubleheader against Harrisburg 7/9...The club is 25-14 at home and is batting .253 in 39 games at The Diamond while averaging 4.62 runs per game at home (180R/39G)...Overall, the club is 14-21 on the road, and is batting .204 and averaging 3.23 runs per game (113R/35G) in 35 road contests.
