SAN JOSE, CALIF-The Back to Back California League Champion San Jose Giants return to Municipal Stadium for their home opener on Thursday, April 14th festivities begin at 6:30 PM. Baseball is finally back at Muni as the San Jose Giants take on the Visalia Rawhide. Opening Night festivities will include the Championship and Ring Ceremonies, former American Idol contestant and Bay Area native Thia Megia throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, and the 2011 Fireworks Extravaganza's first show immediately following the game.
