Blues Recall Hensick on Emergency Basis

St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has recalled forward T.J. Hensick from the Blues' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen, on emergency basis.

Hensick, 25, has dressed in five games for the Blues this season tallying one assist. In 52 games with Peoria, the 5'10, 190-pound forward leads the Rivermen with 61 points including 18 goals and 43 assists.

The Lansing, Michigan native was originally drafted by Colorado in the third round, 88th overall, of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
