San Jose Sharks Reassign Forward Benn Ferriero to Worcester

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has reassigned forward Benn Ferriero to the Worcester Sharks, the team's top development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
Ferriero played in the Sharks 5-2 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Nov. 6.
At the time of his recall to San Jose, Ferriero was Worcester's leading scorer with this season (T-16th in AHL) with 11 points (seven goals, four assists) and four penalty minutes in nine games.
