Bucks to Participate in Charity Game Saturday

The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced that several players and front office staff will participate in the Cirone Hockey and SK8's Pro Shop charity hockey game on Saturday (Aug. 7th) at the Valley Ice Center in McAllen. Game time is 7pm. Tickets are $15 with proceeds benefiting the Rio Grande Valley Ronald McDonald House. Call 956-683-8111 or e-mail kure@att.net to order.

Bucks player/assistant coach Jeff Bes, Captain Adam Rivet and Igor Agarunov will suit up for the Pro League All-Stars as they take on host Jason Cirone and the Cirone Mafia. Bucks President/General Manager and Head Coach Terry Ruskowski will serve as one of the referee's for the game while the "voice of the Bucks" Bryan Benway will coach the Pro League All-Stars while Killer Bees owner Troy Nelson will coach Cirone Mafia.

Killer Bees Head Coach Chris Brooks, Bees GM Grant Buckborough, former Bee and Italian National Team Olympian Jason Cirone and former Bee and current ECHL player Evan Rankin will also suit up for the game, along with a host of surprise players.
