O's Begin Homestand July 23

Bluefield Ridge Runners News Release


BLUEFIELD, WV, July 22, 2010-- The Bluefield Orioles will begin their next home stand July 23, 2010. They will be at home through July 27th, and will be playing the Princeton Rays (for the first time this year and for game 4 of the Mercer Cup Series) and the Pulaski Mariners. On the calendar for the home stand are several exciting promotional nights.

Friday, July 23rd: First Century Bank. First Century will have a Cap Stone giveaway at the gate for our first night back. The first 250 fans will receive Bluefield Orioles cap stones, provided by First Century Bank.

Saturday July 24th: Kicks Country. The Kicks Country Radio station will be here at the gate with various items as well as their mascot! Don't miss this exciting night and game 2 against Princeton.

Sunday, July 25th: Bluefield W.Va. Rescue Squad. The rescue squad will be at the ball park for the beginning of the game. (Details are unknown. Will email when they are known for sure.)

Monday, July 26th: Surprise Night.

Tuesday, July 27th: First Community Bank. First Community Bank is sponsoring a promotion at the gate. Again this year, they are giving out their mini-bats! The first 125 people at the gate will receive a mini-bat, courtesy of First Community Bank.

Wednesday, July 28th: TBA.
