Veteran defenseman Chad Starling returns to the blue line for his third season with the club, along with center C.J. Stretch, who made his professional debut in the Reign's final game of the 2009 - 2010 season on April 3 in Las Vegas.
Starling, 29, returns to the Reign for his third year in Ontario and the tenth professional season of his career. The blue liner, who hails from Delisle, Saskatchewan, has appeared in 144 games with the Reign, notching 19 points (3g, 16a) and 183 penalty minutes in two seasons of the club.
Stretch, 20, appeared in the final game of the 2009 - 10 season with the Reign, scoring his first professional goal in the match.
