Game Keys - Lance Berkman had a pair of doubles a home run and drove home three RBI to lead the Express to 9-1 win over the Zephyrs on Sunday afternoon. Berkman played in his final rehab game and is expected to be activated by the Houston Astros on Tuesday. Express starter Josh Banks earned the win working into the seventh inning and allowed one run on 7 hits. Danny Richar provided the only offense for the Zephyrs, with a sixth inning solo home run. Zephyr starter Brian Lawrence pitched three innings and took the loss. Lawrence was an emergency starter for the Zephyrs.
Scheduled starter Ryan Tucker was scratched due to being ill. Round Rock outfielder Colin Dellome hit a pair of two run home runs as the Express out-hit New Orleans 16-7. The Z's lead the series two games to one.
Game Notes: The Zephyrs had two players start the first ten games of the season, both were not in the line up on Sunday. Jason Lane and Bryan Petersen were the only two to have started every game.
Coming Up: The Zephyrs and Express meet on Monday night for the series finale at 7PM. The Z's are set to start RH Ryan Tucker (0-0, 1.59) against LH Gustvo Chacin (0-1, 2.35). RADIO: 106.1 FM WMTI
